Delete your account

In the app

Open PrayMatch, go to Profile, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

If you can't sign in, email hello@praymatch.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within a day and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your prayer requests and updates, your written replies and voice recordings, your connections and your blocks. Other people's replies to your requests are deleted with the request.

We keep an anonymised record of any reports and moderation decisions for 90 days so that safety rules keep working, then delete it. Nothing in it identifies you.
