Not every hard time has a name. Sometimes it's a diagnosis, sometimes a season where everything is heavy at once. This is a prayer for when you're running on empty.
The prayer
Lord, I'm tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. I've been strong for everyone else and I have nothing left for myself.
You said Your grace is enough and Your power shows up best in weakness. I'm weak. So show up.
Give me strength for today only. Tomorrow can wait. Carry what I can't. Send one person who notices I'm struggling before I have to say it. Keep me from the quiet lies that say this will never end.
You are my refuge and a very present help. Be present now, in this room, in this hour. Amen.
